Your registration and identity verification
Account creation on omtogel begins with email and password, followed immediately by KYC (know-your-customer) verification. We ask for your legal name, date of birth, identity-card type and number, and current address. We do not process signups without verified identity; this applies equally to users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or anywhere else in supported jurisdictions.
Verification typically completes within one business day. We cross-check your identity document against national records. If your address has changed recently, upload a utility bill or lease agreement dated within the last three months to match your account address. Incomplete submissions delay your first deposit, so accuracy matters on the first attempt.
Once verified, you unlock deposit and withdrawal access. Your identity status is stored separately from your game history. We do not share your personal data with third parties outside the payment settlement process — banks, e-wallet operators, and regulatory bodies receive only what is needed to process your transactions.
Two-factor authentication and password security
We offer optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via email. When you enable 2FA, any login from an unrecognized device sends you a verification code. We do not offer SMS-based 2FA because SIM-swap fraud in some regions poses a higher risk than email-based codes.
Enable 2FA before your first deposit.
Two-factor authentication prevents unauthorized access even if your password is compromised. This is especially important if you manage large account balances or place bets on major tournaments like Piala AFF or Champions League.
Your password on omtogel must be at least 12 characters and include uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters. We do not impose symbol requirements because they reduce usability without materially improving security. We hash your password server-side and never store it in plain text. If you forget your password, use the reset link sent to your registered email address. The reset link expires after subject to verification.
Do not share your password with anyone — not with customer support, not with friends, not in screenshots. Our team will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, reset your password immediately and contact support.
Deposits and payment method security
We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers through mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Each payment method has its own security model. E-wallet operators (mobile banking, local payment, online payment) handle authentication on their platform; you authorize the transfer within their app, and omtogel never sees your e-wallet password.
Bank transfers via virtual account (VA) numbers are straightforward: we generate a unique VA for your account, you transfer the deposit amount, and our system confirms receipt. These VAs are single-use for security; each new deposit generates a new VA number. This prevents merchants outside omtogel from re-using your account number.
Do not deposit from shared accounts or other people's payment methods. If we detect funds originating from an account not linked to your KYC identity, we freeze the deposit and investigate. This protects you from stolen-payment liability and keeps our compliance records clean.
Deposit verification and limits
We verify your first deposit matches your identity. If you deposit significantly more on your second attempt — say, from e-wallet one week and a mobile banking transfer the next — our system flags the transaction for review. Review does not block your account; it simply delays the deposit credit until we cross-check your records.
We do not impose a single daily limit, but large or unusual deposits may take up to 24 hours to settle. This is not a processing delay; it is a deliberate review window to catch fraud patterns early.
Withdrawal processing and account holds
Withdrawals begin with a request via your account dashboard. You choose your target payment method — the same local payment, online payment, or e-wallet account you deposited from. We do not allow withdrawals to new payment methods without a seven-day account age. This prevents money-laundering chains where a user deposits, plays once, and immediately withdraws.
Once you submit a withdrawal request, our system runs three checks: your account balance, your withdrawal history, and a fraud-detection scan. Typical turnaround is 24 to 48 hours for e-wallets (mobile banking, local payment, online payment) and 48 to 72 hours for bank transfers. These are service-level targets, not guarantees. Major holidays like Idul Fitri or Imlek extend processing because banks reduce staff.

Withdrawals may be held if we detect activity that conflicts with your account profile. For example, if you registered from Jakarta but suddenly request a withdrawal to a phone number registered in Medan, or if your account activity spikes dramatically during a major tournament like Piala Indonesia, we pause to verify. These holds are not permanent; they resolve once we confirm the activity is legitimate.
Data handling and privacy
Your account data on omtogel is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for all web and app communication. Our database servers are isolated from the public internet and accessible only to authenticated internal tools.
We retain your identity documents for seven years to comply with local anti-money-laundering regulations. We do not retain your password after you reset it; we do not store plaintext payment credentials; we do not share your email address with third parties without your explicit consent.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, reset your password immediately, enable two-factor authentication if you haven't already, and contact our support team. Provide as much detail as possible: when you last logged in, what activity looks unfamiliar, which devices you use. Do not change your registered email or phone number yourself if you fear unauthorized access — email us first so we can verify your identity before processing that change.
